Article 5: Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by French law, FinanzaMaestra shall not be liable for technical interruptions, API latency, or inaccuracies in third-party data feeds, nor for Force Majeure events, including massive cyberattacks.
Article 6: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction This agreement is exclusively governed by French law. Any dispute not settled amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
